American Hosta Society/Midwest Regional Hosta Society 2025 Convention will be in at the Par-A-Dice Hotel and Convention Center in East Peoria IL on June 20, Friday & June 21, Saturday. There is FREE Public Access to all Vendors selling Hostas and Garden Related Items and the Hosta Leaf Show. See the EVENTS page for all the informtion including FREE Public Access Hours.

The Central Illinois Hosta Society (CIHS) is an educational organization that was formed in 1989 and has a current membership of approximately 125 members in the Peoria, Illinois area. Our society conducts monthly meetings from March through August followed by a season-ending banquet in September. We have an early spring potluck dinner, and the gatherings during the warmer months are held at members' gardens with programs covering various educational topics conducted by members and guest speakers. As fund raisers, CIHS hosts garden walks open to the public, plant sales, plant auctions, and an annual bus trip featuring arboretums, nurseries, and/or private gardens outside the Peoria area.
