2024 CIHS Calendar Mark Your Calendar Now!
Come early (5:45PM - 6:00PM) for all meetings to sign up for a drawing giving away plants or other garden related items, for other current event signups, hosta sales and or chapter business.
For outdoor garden meetings come early to view the host garden and bring a lawn chair to use during the program.

April 16, 2024 - Annual Pot Luck Member Meeting, Indoors
6:00 pm Social, 6:30 pm Potluck/Meeting @ Our Savior Lutheran Church, 1209 Kingsbury Road, Washington, IL
Potluck: Chicken, paper/plastic ware and water will be provided by the CIHS.
Those attending should bring a side dish or dessert to share.
Program: Ella Maxwell will give a presentation of past Gardens, that CIHS has visited. Not only will you see lovely gardens, but CIHS members who may no longer be with us. Please come and enjoy the food and a trip down memory lane!
Directions: From Peoria, take War Memorial Drive (150 East) and continue on Boyd’s Parkway (24 east), turn right onto Nofsinger Rd (about 5.5 miles), the left onto W. Cruger Rd (0.3 miles), turn right onto Dallas Rd and then left onto Kingsbury Rd. The church and parking lot will be on the left side of the road.
