March 17, 2026 - Member Meeting  - Save the Date 6:30 PM

Location: Alpha Park Library, 3527 Airport Road, Bartonville IL

Program: Garden Swap Night

We are going to do something a little different for our first meeting on March 17. We are going to have a "Garden Swap", well sort of!  Start cleaning out your garages, basements, attics, storage units or wherever you keep items you thought you would need but probably don't! We are looking for tools, garden art, seeds, anything that you might use in the garden or yard (no insecticides). We will also take house plants. 

Here is how I think this will work. Those who bring items will either put their name in a bucket or

I'll use your number on the attendance sheet.  A name/number will be picked and that person has first choice of any of the items. We will go through all the names/numbers of those who brought items and then draw from names/numbers of those who didn't bring anything. We will do this until everything is gone or our time runs out (end 7:45 pm). Later on, If anyone wants to swap their items for something else, you are on your own!  Can't wait to see what is brought and how this goes! - Jane Mottram
